I’ve known these girls since they were babies and have watched them grow into beautiful young ladies. They are so sweet and easy to photograph – we always have so much fun! I’m sure this won’t be my last session with either one, and I look forward to the next! :)

The Ray Family

The Rays were simply wonderful to work with! I honestly cannot say enough nice things about them. We took these photos on some family land, which made for a beautiful setting. As an added bonus, they were all dressed perfectly…and as if that wasn’t enough, they are a family of musicians, so we used instruments in some of the shots, which I absolutely loved! It was such a pleasure photographing you all, thank you so much for the fabulous experience of working with your beautiful family! I hope we can work together again in the future.

Hollon

Hollon is cute, bubbly, sweet, and confident (why wouldn’t she be, right?!) And she looks so much like her mom (who I went to school with), so it was an especially cool session because I got to see an old friend as well! Keep smiling, Hollon – you are gorgeous! And come see me when you’re ready for your senior portraits! (That’s right, she’s not even a senior yet!) xo

Shannon, Dominic, Amanda & Lora

What a ridiculously fun session this was!! Sisters, cousins, mother & son, aunt & nephew, friends….all rolled into one wonderful shoot! I love capturing relationships like these – and I couldn’t have asked for better subjects. Dom was so patient and good-natured, and the girls were all so sweet and easygoing. Plus, we had a few hilarious “mishaps” involving a speed bump and a cat trying to pee on Amanda’s purse. :-) Girls, it was simply a joy to photograph you all! I hope to see you again soon! xo

Lucas & Layne Marie

I don’t even know where to begin with these two…

I’ve had several sessions with the stunning Layne Marie (here, here, here, and here) but this time she brought her handsome boyfriend Lucas with her for some couple shots. These two met at University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where they go to college – Layne Marie is an acting major and Lucas is in Musical Theater. How cool are they? They are both so relaxed and natural in front of the camera (not to mention easy on the eyes!) I already knew how much I loved my sessions with Layne Marie, but this was my first time meeting Lucas (although I felt like I already knew him.) He was so sweet and easy to work with – and such a gentleman! I just loved photographing them together.

I love you guys! Have fun in Philly but come back to Alabama soon! xo

Anna is such a bright light. She’s a bit shy at first, but it doesn’t take long for her to open up and really let herself shine, which is what I think she does here – shine! She’s absolutely stunning, way more so than I think she realizes, which only makes her that much more beautiful…(plus, she brought a Cam Newton jersey for one of her outfits!! War Eagle!)

Rachel

Another one of my 2012 Seniors…Rachel was so easy to work with! So laid back and go-with-the-flow, just like I like it ;-) She has great style, great hair, and a great smile…just a real natural beauty (as evidenced below!) She is really into reading, and especially the Harry Potter series, so she brought some books and had some cool ideas to incorporate them into her shoot. I loved it! Thanks for a fabulous session, Rachel!

Lauren is a total sweetheart as well as being quite the stunner with her big dark eyes and beautiful smile. She brought her mom and her aunt with her, and I swear we spent a third of the time in fits of giggles. So much fun! It’s always great when I have ‘assistants’ to help me carry stuff too! ;-)

Lauren definitely has an inner model that was dying to get out…so glad I got to do your senior portraits for you, Lauren!

P.S. I’m still in love with that yellow dress.

Another Senior Session – yay! (Love my Seniors!) Morgan is such a gorgeous girl (with really cute outfits!) I had trouble helping her choose what to wear next because I liked everything she brought! I had so much fun with her on her shoot, along with her super sweet mom. Thanks for having me take your Senior Portraits, Morgan! :-)
